This presentation, for both the technical & non-technical, will cover the overall upgrade process including moving to a new version, remediation, testing, & implementing new functionality. In this session we will discuss how customers on Releases A9.1 and A9.2 can take advantage of a new User Activity Report, which assists customers in monitoring compliance with their software license agreements and possibly mitigate the risk of paying additional fees as a result of an audit.
